Perfect day adventure! I was referred to Atrevete DMC & Travel Services by a friend who had traveled to Tulum a couple months earlier. I reached out to the company on Instagram and then we started communicating via Whats App. I worked with Jonathan who was very knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I went on the tour that we wanted (we would've done multiples but time didn't allow). We opted for a tour that had ATV riding, ziplining, and visiting a cenote. Jonathan met us at the airport when we arrived to secure payment which was appreciated so we didn't have to travel to him. We were picked up at our Airbnb the day of the tour by Samuel, who was an excellent guide. We enjoyed the tour with three other groups and felt very safe, as everyone was encouraged to wear masks, wash their hands, and equipment was wiped down. The entire adventure was well worth the money we spent and we appreciated the authentic food at the end of the day. I would highly recommend and definitely use them again the next time I am in Mexico.

Overcharged and Oversold and Underwhelmed To start off with, the excursion was sketchy and underwhelming. This was the Mayan Adrenaline (ATV, centote, zipline) experience. We were oversold on the experience but after reading reviews for the excursion, we were overcharged $50-60 per person compared to people who booked through other travel agencies. It was not worth the money. They have zero covid precautions. They do not require guests to wear masks in the transportation or during any portion of the experience and they cram you in a small van with no masks and at tables to eat microwaved taquitos when there are 4 other open tables. Even their employees do not wear masks or social distance or follow the signage they have posted. It’s highly disappointing and they should not be able to operate during this pandemic. Disappointed that we just paid $450 USD to catch COVID and ride ATVs that broke down multiple times during the day and ride sketchy zip lines. Do not recommend. Or pay way less or it elsewhere.

Fairly priced and convenient travel age cy Jarguel and his team at the Hilton went above and beyond to cater to our adventure needs. They offer a variety of packages to suit any laidback or adventure excursion you would like. Xcaret was a great option as was the snorkel and cenotes tour. The catamaran yo isla mujeres was beautiful but a bit crowded.

Excellent, talk to Angel I think the entire staff here was awesome, Angel Posadas was our trusted agent and sent us on our way to the three Cenotes and the Catamaran snorkeling trip to Isla Mujeres. The Cenotes left us in awe, everything about this adventure was perfect, the guide was very knowledgeable and thorough. The trip to the island was a bit long, we spent more time traveling then enjoying. If you want a party trip this is for you, the crew on the boat were friendly and you are well cared for. We do not personally drink so for us the adventure was lost in traveling. The snorkeling was excellent, next time we will focus on diving.

excellent we have done the tour mayan adrenaline with our family , it was amazing since the moment you step on the transportation until they bring you back to the hotel, the transfer smelled very clean all, they all use the right measures of sanitation. all the staff & guides were very amazing . we had lots of fun. definitely we recommend the excursions ATREVETE sells .
